Winter Brides | Hats Off To You!
We are all too familiar with snowy landscapes and freezing temps here in the midwest which tend to make the wedding season a 6-month operation; May-October. But alas, there are the few brave who astound us and opt in for the winter wonderland!
Despite a wet hemline, and chattering teeth there is something quietly magical about a snowy landscape. Cozying up with your nearest and dearest around a fire in a lodge does not sound terrible. Maybe you’re on to something Snow Queens?

We do have a few tips for our winter brides…
*The benefit of a full skirt is that you can’t tell if you’re wearing fleece lined leggings and boots underneath! Highly recommend. Like really, it’s a great option.
*Use your accessories to your advantage - long sleeves, accessorize with hats or a vintage fur coat.
*Pack a hot toddy in a thermos during photos - keeps you cozy, relaxed and creates cute moments for your images!
There are lots of ways to embrace the winter landscape and still stay comfortable enough to stay present - get creative ya brave souls!
