The Versatility of Separates | linyage Bride Chelsea
When we first began offering separates, at the forefront of the concept was versatility. You’ve likely heard us wax poetic about the ways in which we love separates at this point, but it bears repeating because, well - situations like this; #linyagelady Chelsea who fully realized the potential of her pieces in all the right ways.
As a gift to both her groom and to herself, Chelsea booked a boudoir session with one of our very favorite photographers and dear friends, Alexandra Mae Photo. One of the best things about Lexi is how comfortable she makes each and every client. She truly empowers anyone who graces her door by holding such wonderful space for them to feel as beautiful as they truly are, as well as honoring whatever comfort level they are at. Chelsea knew she wanted to wear her linyage bodysuit and skirt from the get go, and we love how she styled them in her boudoir session to not only make it suit her vision, but also leverage wearing the pieces more than just on her wedding day. Her ethereal aesthetic was perfectly captured in these dreamy and timeless photographs.
with the most thoughtful styling and details (like the loveliest silk ribbon and fur shawl) she effortlessly turned into a picturesque bride who said ‘i do’ in the vast landscape of northern minnesota’s woods and mountain peeks. to top it off - she displayed the boudoir photos in one of our very own velvet raptor albums to give as a gift to her love. she presented the finished product as the groom’s gift on the wedding day. as you can tell, it was a hit to say the least.
we’re not sure whose reaction we love more here –– such a sweet moment!
